The Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic Triplexer (abbreviated as LTCC Triplexer) is a device composed of a shared node (or port) and three filters (or ports). In frequency division duplex systems, the LTCC Triplexer effectively manages the spectrum, enhancing the performance and efficiency of wireless systems. The advantages of the LTCC Triplexer include low insertion loss, low cost, compact size, high reliability, high power handling capability, suitability for module integration, and availability in various frequency models, sizes, and terminal structures. A common application of the triplexer is to replace two duplexers with a single triplexer, thereby saving circuit board space.
The LTCC Triplexer features: miniaturization, integration, low insertion loss, high rejection, and customizable development from 30MHz to millimeter-wave frequencies. It can operate within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and an output power range of 2-8W; it also features highly reliable nickel-tin plated end electrodes and nickel-palladium metal end electrodes.

The LTCC Triplexer is widely used in satellite communications, phased array radar, data links, electronic countermeasures, navigation, automotive, aviation, aerospace, AP routers, CPE, NB-IOT, 4G CAT1/CAT4, 5G, UWB for mobile IoT connectivity, and low-loss applications in Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, and Wi-Fi 6E mobile fields. During use, ensure that the grounding terminal is properly grounded, as poor grounding may affect out-of-band rejection and flatness. During soldering, avoid excessively high temperatures and prolonged soldering time. If reflow soldering is used, it is recommended to follow the recommended temperature profile; wave soldering is not advisable. The product should be stored in a warehouse with an ambient temperature of -10°C to 40°C, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and free from acidic, alkaline, or other harmful gases. Do not immerse during cleaning; it is recommended to wipe with alcohol.
